The Phoenix King is the self-proclaimed ruler of the cities West End. Yet with no one able to stand up to his powerful flames, one has to agree with that statement. A Master of fire, only rivaling Donovan in terms of fire powers, but uses underhanded tactics to complete his objective. A fierce rival of Gravitational PULL he attacks without mercy, endangering those around him and those close to Gravi. His finishing move, the 'Phoenix Down' covers a wide area while blanketing the opponent and a radius of a football field burning everything in it's reach to snider.
