Created by the Scientist 5, Moonshine uses the waters around her to create a solid form to attack her enemies, as well in it's liquid form to trap or 'wash away'. Mainly fighting at night, when the moon increases her to full strength, Luna's powers remain in tact during the day. Not much is known about her past. Sot to be a runaway like the other experiments like her she follows the orders of the 5 as it's the only thing that comes naturally to her. Until she get's an assignemt that begins to question her not just her existence but everything else around her.
