Project PROWLER CH 02 - "The Suit"

The idea Hobie Brown, a brilliant mind with a love for special effects decided to pitch his creations to his employer at the studio he works for. The boss pretty much shuts him down, but later ends up taking Hobie's own work and claiming it for his own. Angry, Hobie devises a plan to steal back what was originally his, but in order to do that he'll need to "borrow" some "unused" items.

A couple of sketches later I changed my idea to more of a "re-birth" of The Prowler taking place in between and after the "Siege" saga as a scornful hero who feels betrayed by the Avengers (and Parker Spidey) for "abandoning him while being locked up for his Anti Superhero Registration stance.

The concept of his suit is based on Mysterio's original appearance as well a little bit of his Ultimate Spider-Man version. I wanted Hobie to be "tech ready" and rely more on his intellect, rather than his fists. More like a cocky "smarter than you" vigilante.
