Flower Town was once a flourishing and promising city. After years of careful planning the development of it;s downtown core was said to be the begging of the city's first step as a leader in the new decade of technology & agriculture, but as that day approaches, so did tragedy.

... Fast forward ten years later and the once promising city is left a crippling mess. Plagued with crime and despair it's surrounding neighbors have turned it's backs on them, focusing on their own success of growth. One such man decided to lead an initiative to take back the promise that the city has long lost. Yet he knew that enemies would attempt to quell his dream, and when they succeed then he knew that if plan A failed, it was up to plan B.
